Pilot cohort · 4 weeks · Live online

Build an AI that runs your day.

In four live weeks you'll build your own agent OS. It keeps your task list honest, remembers what matters, reads your calendar and inbox, and texts you a brief every morning. You own every line.

5 seats in the pilot. Have an access code?

Sound familiar?

You don't need another app. You need an operator.

  • Your tasks live in five apps, and you still drop things.
  • You start every morning piecing together your calendar, inbox and to-do list.
  • You've tried ChatGPT as an assistant, but it forgets you the moment the tab closes.
  • You'd like an agent that acts for you, but not one that sends email you never saw.
  • You can code a little, and want to build something real with agents, not another demo.
  • If that's you, this course is for you.

What you'll build

One working system, one layer a week.

Every week ends with something you can use the next morning. By week four, it runs without you.

  1. Week 1

    The operating model

Scaffold your agent, give it an identity, lock the door, teach it to read a task list, and put it on the internet.

You ship: An agent, deployed on Vercel, that answers "what am I working on?" from your task list.

  2. Week 2

    Tasks and memory

Move your task list into Postgres, give the agent tools to change it, and add long-term memory that survives restarts.

You ship: Tasks you create, start and finish by chat, plus facts the agent still knows in a brand-new conversation.

  3. Week 3

    Connect it to your life

Give the agent read access to your calendar and inbox, and let it draft replies that wait for your approval.

You ship: An agent that knows tomorrow's meetings, finds emails you owe a reply, and drafts responses in Gmail only after you say yes.

  4. Week 4

    Make it run without you

Talk to your OS from your phone, have it brief you every weekday morning, and prove it still works after every change.

You ship: A morning brief that lands in your Telegram on weekdays, a bot only you can use, and four passing evals.

Who it's for

Builders who want their own assistant

You write some code and want an agent that runs your actual day, built by you and owned by you.

Operators drowning in tools

You live in calendar, inbox and task apps, and want one place that tells you what to do next.

Engineers moving into AI

You want hands-on reps with tools, memory, approvals, schedules and evals on a project you'll keep using.

Not for you if you've never used a terminal, or you want a no-code tool. You'll write and own real code.

How it works

Live, small, and hands-on.

Each week: a 90-minute live session to learn the idea and start building together, then build time on your own with help on tap.

4 live sessions
90 minutes each week, online. Concepts, live building, and unblocking.
Weekly office hour
Bring your errors. Leave with a working agent.
Course helper agent
An AI on every lesson page that knows each step and the reference code.
Reference code for every week
The finished build for each week, so you can never fall too far behind.
Cohort questions board
Ask the group, get answers from Robert between sessions.
Recordings
Every session recorded, so a missed week isn't a lost week.

He runs his own day on Cael, a personal agent OS he built with the same tools you'll use in this course: tasks, memory, calendar, and a brief that meets him every morning. He also hosts hands-on AI agent build nights for Toronto builders.

Questions

How much coding do I need?

You should be comfortable in a terminal and able to read TypeScript. You don't need AI experience. Every step comes with the exact code.

How much time does it take?

About 3 hours a week: the 90-minute live session plus an hour or two of building.

What does it cost to run my agent?

Vercel and the database are free at this size. AI usage runs through Vercel's AI Gateway; $10 of credits lasts well past the course.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions are recorded, and every week has finished reference code you can pick up from.

When does it start, and what does it cost?

The first cohort is a small pilot of five builders. Dates and pricing go to the waitlist first.
